Thank you so much! I was really struggling to understand the separate parts of the vertebra from the picture in my book, but the comparison with the simple geometric diagram made it crystal clear to me!

I just want you to know that you will be the reason I pass my anatomy class. my teacher doesn't teach and loves to give exams :( I guess she doesn't care, or she doesn't understand that her teaching would make the difference. I have put too much time, Efford and dedication not to pass this class. thank you for making the deference you are the best!!!! :)

Heres another trick. Basale is the only layer that starts with the letter B, and the word bottom starts with the letter B, and the basale is the bottom most layer. When you refer to the corneum layer, think of a corn on a cob. The corn is on the outside side of the cob, so the corneum is the top most layer. When you refer to the granulosum layer, think of the word general. the granulosum looks like the general layer, since its in the middle of all the other layers. When I think of the lucidum layer, it reminds me of having lucid thought or emotions. imagine being submerged in a pool, looking straight up at the surface of the water right above you. its all quiet, and you can kinda see through the water rippling at the surface. your almost at the surface, but not quite. let this layer be the lucidum layer since your right under the corneum layer. on its own, the spinosum layer can be a little tricky to remember, but if you remember the other ones, you can use process of elimination to figure out that the spinosum is the second lowest layer. i have a trick that works well for me though. when i refer to the spinosum layer, i think of spines, and spines are connected to the base of a dinosaur, and base makes me think of basale layer, so the spinosum layer rest above the basale layer. Obviously this is way more words than crying little girls spray boogers, but after reading my long comment, its all ingrained in your head

Yes it is! I talked about the Pomodoro Technique originally in this video, and no one watched. I remade the video leaving out the name and history and more people seem to watch for some reason.
