It's over 300 acres,it's huge if you walk around the edges.the happenings are more frequent the later it is.ive been researching Dering for a very long time and going back on a specific day and between certain hours.ive found out loads that's there to find but it seems people just haven't dug deep enough.its shocking what I've found out and will send chills up your spine,and most likely make you not to want to visit during early hours

You'll find down to earth people in any working class area of the country be it east London South London Glasgow Liverpool or Newcastle same thing in other countries I've met great people in Texas Brooklyn France and Greece people are people some are up themselves. Working class people are down to earth wherever ive been

It is very rare for me to reply or comment on my cover songs because I am more used to having delete & block nasty people who come onto my channel with the sole intent of destroying. I very much appreciate your comment as I can see from your channel that you have this wonderful, & greatly missed, artist on your site. I try 'very hard' to be as true & as faithful to the song & the artist as I can be. Especially, if, as in the case of Clifford T. Ward, they are no longer with us. Thank you again.
