Slick. Jus' drill and be quick. Also, your partners single attack was freakin' Satanic. Sweet vid. Bruh. Write a children's book. Excellent explication of fundamentals. 😂 Cheers.

I have a question about recovery. I have been experiencing pain in my neck, somewhere around the C1 to C7 vertebrae, as well as in my upper back, and I can clearly feel the soreness or weird pain from T2 to T4 or possibly T5. This pain initially began 9 months ago after I was stacked aggressively during a roll. I thought it was just my T2, and I rested for a week but I could always felt a little bit of the back but the pain resurfaced last week and is affecting me again. Now, I can feel discomfort somewhere in the C1 to C7 region, and I am clearly experiencing issues in my upper back from T2 to T4/T5.I am looking for guidance on how to recover, as I hope I won’t experience paralysis.
