So my brother an I do these side jobs, self leveler specifically. The amount of floors we’ve done so far in the 5 years is crazy! Especially since it’s a side gig lol, where I’m getting at is we foam tape the perimeter and staple as we go. I’ve never liked that part of our prep, but NOW I do lol. Since getting on the flex platform I noticed the stapler on display an know how much help it would be for our jobs. We got a 90 bag job on the 9th floor of a condo last weekend and that’s when I got it! It’s comfortable an the depth adjuster is cool! My brother didn’t like it because it hurt his pride I guess “I don’t need that I go way faster without it” okay bro lol.

Pretty sure it's a 23 gauge not 13

@Belowaveragereviews what's the maximum size nail that it takes?
@ToptoolreviewerАй бұрын
@@rickyperkins232 1-3/8, I'm taking that from the tool description from flex.
@rickyperkins232Ай бұрын
@Belowaveragereviews the reason I ask is because on the FLEX site, it says 1 1/2" ohio Power Tools 1 1/2" but Lowes says 1 3/8" very confusing.

You seem to be a FLEX guy overall. What is your take on FLEX? If you had to say something on their behalf?
@ToptoolreviewerАй бұрын
Their stuff is high quality. Some of it can be a little heavy, but never had an issue with any tool and I have a lot of them. Few issues with some batteries, but they stand by the warranty and it was easy to contact them. Just their whole warranty setup is extremely easy. I compare it to Ryobi's in terms of ease and being able to see what you have.

@@Toptoolreviewer would you recommend FLEX for any job?

Is it still on sale for $90? Where did you get it for 90?
@ToptoolreviewerАй бұрын
Lowe's had them on clearance for $90 for like a week at some stores. It was really weird. I got the pin nailer for $140. They had the finish nailer for $209 as well. They're back to the normal prices at the 2 stores I seen them for clearance at.

@@Toptoolreviewer Now that you have had this tool for a while now would you still recommend it?
@ToptoolreviewerАй бұрын
@@rickyperkins232 I would, especially with the free battery deal that is going on right now. I haven't gotten to use the stapler too many more times. But I haven't had any problems with it and it does the job needed and is comfortable to handle.

I purchased this tool. I don't use band saw too often, but it replaces my Milwaukee bandsaw and let me tell you something. It is so clean. I cut studs with it, and the threads remain consistent, awesome tool.

Sweet, flex does make their tools really well. That is for sure.

I bought the barrel drip several years ago when they first came out, i hated it, got the D handle, and I liked it much better. The problem I have with all Jigsaw include in FLEX Is the blade wandering? So now I use it when necessary. However, I'm waiting for the Mafell, and I'm going just cry one, drop a $1000, and make the purchase.

This one is pretty heavy. I also have the Bosch which I got on a great deal for like $25. I prefer the lighter weight one.

I got that on a deal at Lowe's, but I've never really used that radio, but once.

Ohio Power Tools have deals on these staple guns. What is your response to using this tool?
@rickyperkins2322 ай бұрын
I only use a Milwaukee pin nailer. However, I see that this nailer has a 1 1/2" compared to Milwaukee 1 3/8". Is this true, and does 1 1/2" actually work smoothly?

Is it able to plug into the wall and charge a battery connected to it?
@Toptoolreviewer2 ай бұрын
No, did not see that type of charging option for it. It comes with a small circular battery, but I couldn't get it to run off that.
