2 days magic kingdom, 2 days epcot, 1 animal kingdom and 1 Hollywood studios. And yes, 2 days in epcot bc that park is huge! Doing 1 lap around world showcase is over a mile. Break up the time there and save your legs and feet. Have rest days/resort days planned to break up the parks. Last summer, I did 4 days straight at the parks. Did EVERYTHING and went to mickeys not so scary halloween party. My feet still don't feel the same lol 2 weeks. 3 days at the parks per week

For newbies, 2 days Disney World, 1 day Epcot, 1 day Animal Kingdom, 1 day Hollywood Studios, 1 day at one of the water parks Blizzard Beach is better for young kids and Typhoon Lagoon better for an older crowd..... But don't ignore throwing Universal parks in there rather than doing all Disney.

Thanks for sharing. It is tough to do Disney and Universal all-in-one trips, especially if you have never been to either one. Which one do you like more?

@@eatsleepdisneyparks I think Disney is better for first timers in a way as it has that classic park magic and classic rides like Thunder, Pirates, Haunted etc, however they have made it deeply frustrating now with crazy costs, nickel & diming, Lightning Lanes, being on your phone all day planning etc. So Universal is a much more pleasant experience with some equally immersive lands like Harry Potter, and Epic will change things up too almost pitching itself directly against WDW as THE family friendly park to go too. I would say do Disney once and experience it's still lingering magicness. But long term thereafter Universal is a nicer more pleasant (and cheaper, hotels etc too) experience and better suited for repeat trips and annual passes.

nice vid. Biggest item you mentioned at end; amount of walking. We stayed at Port Orleans (on site) it was a 15 minute walk to the bus . . then wait 15 minutes for but to arrive . . . then 15 minutes to park; NOPE if bus takes you to Magic Kingdom it drops you at Ticket and Transportation hub . . .now, do you walk to Ferry or Monorail ?????

I just came back from there on a 5 night stay. Here are some of my pros and cons to help visitors. Pro: they keep this place spotless, i give them 5 stars on cleanliness. Pro: it is absolutely beautiful. Cons: it is larger than Magic Kindom. It is 150 acres, so if you are not staying at the tower, you have to walk 30+ mins to the main area. This is a resort with apartments spread out. Water is not easily available and costs $5 a bottle. The shuttles are a joke. We are waiting for the Disney Springs shuttle for more than an hr. 1st shuttle was full and was told they would radio it in. 20 mins later and 4 shuttles, 2nd bus was full again. 3rd bus we saw 12 busses but 4 of those busses saying Disney Springs as they pulled up, but changed to another resort before opening the doors. That station also had no water available, but the vending machine was out of service. Major con: the lack of food choices. You have the food hall, where you can get premade food this is the food u can purchase at any 7-11, but with premium price. Do not get thier coffee. Get bfast from Cafe Rix, for $20 I bought a frappé and bfast burrito comparable to Mcdonalds. There is only Rix, rix cafe, Maya Grill, a Tapaz restaurant and 3 Bridges bar and grill, that's it!!! It is sad when the best thing u eat is a premade ceasar wrap. Con: Our laundry mat was closed, and im not about to walk another 30 mins to another complex to wait and hr and 1/2 for my clothes. Also vending machines near us were out of service, making us walk around to find somethin to drink. I did not go to the main pool, it was over crowded but did find the swimming pool near our apt very nice. Not that many people and didn't have to walk for 30 minutes in a bathing suit. This place is beautiful and workers are kind, but the lack of accessible water in that humidity is absolutely criminal.

Researching your options is the most important tip. 1. Resorts, hotels, ticket prices & crowd size vary from season to season. 2. At Disney, time is money. Knowing what rides you and your party will enjoy or be tall enough to ride will save you a lot of time. 3. Study park maps before hand. Knowing where the restrooms/first aide stations are. 4. If your group is able to go from rope drop to park closing, opt for park hopper tickets and plan for fewer days. 5. If your group will benefit from midday naps/pool breaks, or will need an early bedtime, plan for one day at each park. 6. Be an early riser. Be at a park 30 - 60 minutes before it opens and make a beeline for your must-do attraction. You can stroll around/shop/eat later. 7. Have a plan but be flexible. Remember that you are there to have fun.

@@Eatsleepcruise1 thank you. I just found your videos and watched them all. I've never been, but my wife has. It's hard for us to wait and stand and wait for a bus to try to squeeze in with 80 other people or worse wait 10-20 minutes for the next bus. This helps us in case it rains or we just want to go back to the hotel in the afternoon for a quick nap, shower, and bite to eat. Thank you very much 😊
