Could you pl explain my car I got 3 MACP 1&2 on 2008 Aug, 3rd MACP on Feb 2016. My first promotion was to level 7 after 26 years of service. Dt of appointment 21 Feb 1986. My second promotion was on 28 Jun 2024 from level 9 to level 10. But no notional increment was granted on pay fixation. Kindly clarify I will get one notional increment or not on my promotion

Yes,,,, you should get one increment ,,,,, and it should be a proper increment (i.e not notional increment but a proper normal increment which one gets during pay fixation on promotion) ,,,

Sir ,I am currently working as a station master in ralwyas (basic 42300). I have completed 6 yers service in railways and also completed 5 years bond perriod. Sir I applied in school teacher job (basic pay 33400) under West Bengal government BEFORE JOINING RAILWAYS. After joining railways in 2018 , i intimated the same next year to railways. And while i got interview call for school service, i again intimated the railways. Now sir i want to know if i am eligible for technical resignation with 2 years lien period? Means if i wish to revert back to railways for any reason will i get 2 years time period or not? Please sir please help.

Sir,,, I think, you should get lien from Railways and then after joining there in Bengal Govt, if you resign, that should be technical resignation,,, but, the service rules of Indian Railways at times may little differ, so you have to see that,,,, otherwise, if it was central Govt, then you should get lien,,,,

Sir kya probation and confirmation same cheez hai ya alag alag? And 2. If both are same, it means that probation complete hone ke baad confirmation ka process hoga means that dpc bagera conduct hogi tbhi probation confirm maana jayega?

Sir,,, dono alag cheej hai,,,, confirmation ke liye ek normal committee ka recommendation lagta hai jo aapki performance, police verification report and medical fitness report as well as aapne probation period mai kitne liye hai ko consider karte hue aapko aapke post mai confirmation ke liye recommendations deta hai and aapke organisation ke head ke approval ke baad aap confirm ho jaate hai,,,, Whereas promotion DPC ke through hota hai,,,

ii. Government servants, whose Home Town and Headquarters/ place of posting are same, they are not allowed the conversion of any Home Town LTC as they are not eligible for the Home Town LTC facility. Mera posting office DEHUROAD hai jo 5km away hai with different pin code mai Dehugaon mai rahta hu to kya mai is conversion ke liye eligible hu..

Thank you for your video, I liked you explanation. I have a question below: Which option will be better in my case & pl fix my basic? Got 2nd MACP in April 2015 Pay on 01.01.2016 - 52000 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2016 - 53200 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2017 - 55200 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2018 - 56900 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2019 - 58600 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2020 - 60400 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2021 - 62200 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2022 - 64100 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2023 - 66000 (Level 6) Pay on 01.07.2024 - 68000 (Level 6) Got a promotion on 28.5.2018 in the same (Level 6) and the designation changed from SPA to PA but the level did not change. I have not given any extra increment by my office. Am I eligible for an increment from 1.1.2019 as per the re-fixation of pay under FR 22 option on the promotion to a new designation? I have already given this option and they re-fixed my pay from 1.1.2019. But new fixation is given above. Please clarify, whether I should get an increment from 1.1.2019 upon promotion, if so please inform me with examples, please and thanks in advance.

@@MannepuliSwapnaDevi-fq6vp u can avail LTC and now for the year 2024, u can avail hometown ltc,,, ur mother, if is not having any pension or income of Rs 9000 per month, then you can mention her in the service records as a dependent member and you can take ltc and medical reimbursements for her,,,,

What is the need for commutation of pension when we are getting more pension if we don’t commute? Like for eg take your eg if we commute we get 30000+ DR now DR is 50% therefore 30000+50% of DR (25000)=55000 If we don’t commute we get 50000+25000=75000 pls correct me if I’m wrong

@@praveenkumar-sl6ju yes but in commutation, you get a big amount immediately which u can invest as per your need ,,,, secondly, God forbid, if in case of early death of pensioner, the deduction is not done from family pension,,,

What is the month of annual increment? Let’s assume if the annual increment falls on 1st July, then first option is better and it the annual increment falls in the month of 1st Jan, the the second option may be beneficial ,,,

Sir i joined aiims in feb 2024 (Group B) and currently on probation. Now i got selected in Govt. of National Capital Territory Delhi(GNCTD) on same pay level and i had intimated the authority that i had applied for this post before joining aiims. Sir, will i be provided the benefits of technical resignation? What about my balanced leave...will it be carried forward....one more question sir....does planning department of GNCTD come under control of central govt? Thank you! @@ShubhamMishra-tp1dv sir, you should be granted technical resignation from AIIMS, and anyways the duration in aiims is so less that nothing much will be affecting you in case they are not hearing/ adhering to your request ,,,

@@ShubhamMishra-tp1dv 1st Feb 2024 to 7th July, you may be having 12 to 13 days of EL and another few days of HPL, and it can be transferred to your new organisation by AIIMS as is done in case of technical resignation and secondly, if Technical Resignation is not granted by aiims then, go for EL encashment,,,and Sir, I am not much aware of your new organisation whether it is Govt or not but going through it’s name, it seems to be Govt organisation,, anyway, in the letter head of the offer letter, the details of the organisation may have been mentioned or even their website, such details are there,,,

Sir...i have been selected in department of planning in govt. of delhi( National Capital Territory)....but i am confused whether it comes under control of state or central....as delhi is not granted a status of complete state and so confused whether technical resignation is permissible on transition from a central govt. Autonomous bodies like AIIMS to a state govt or union territories... If possible may you clarify my doubt? Once again thanks a lot!

If i had joined an organisation on ur category but now i want to fill ssc form in obc category. Can i do the technical resignation or should i go with normal resignation. And if i go with normal resignation then will the new organisation ask for noc from the previous organisation as i have nps account already on my pan card.
