My dear friend singtola, It is not difficult to make green book in Nepal if he/she is pure Tibetan. But in Nepal majority of Himalayan people has also green book which some of our former leaders had sold out for the sake of money. And those Nepali Himalayan people are having all benefits and rights of Tibetan in Nepal and of course in abroad countries as well. In abroad they’ll have a refugee rights which they’re not. If they know there’s benefit in tib society they’ll say they’re Tibetan and if they know there’s benefit in Nep society they’ll say they’re Nepali. Like this they take every granted from both side. They never support like In Tibet issue, they’re always back off. In Nepal we are not allowed to celebrate our his holiness birthday which we feel so sad and disheartened. But there’s hope that Nepali govt will allow us to celebrate only if these Nepali Himalayan people could raise their voice. Cause there are lots of Himalayan comparing to its own population. Do you guys remember about the last fake controversy of our His holiness and that lil boy? How Indian Himalayan people supported us. From ladakh, himachal, manali, etc they raised their voice because they really care our Tibet issues and our holiness. But here in Nepal those Nepali Himalayan people never support us. Instead they say like because of them we are surviving here. They’re having green book. Having all rights of Tibetan but still not gratitude. You know how we know whether these people are pure TiB or not? If they’re calling themselves as a TiB and having green book then show us RC(refugee card) blue book. If they have no RC their parents might have. But no one has that RC. I guaranteed it. Cause they’re not pure TiB. They are having only green book cause they get huge benefit from that which our former corrupted leaders had sold them. And those our fraud TiB leaders are still moving with pride and inviting in every TiB event in Nepal. Don’t know why still our people believe them? My dear friend singtola, I don’t know much about you. But I found your very humble and understanding person. You’re living in dharamshala. Please message this our problem to our central Tibetan administration. I know they already knew it and can’t do anything. But still we Tibetans living in Nepal are in hope. I would appreciate if it really works out through you my friend.

I don’t understand how did tnsa approved at first place? They are the one who needs to check properly not the public. When it’s approved means the documents are legit and no one is misusing anyone’s GB. I think it was unlucky to dhasa team and tnsa should apologise to the public for approving the GB and chaos. That’s my opinion. But Gulladhala did the right thing and I don’t see any reason to blame them.
