This is what happens prior to the TEPC happening IE getting everyone in the right position before the strike and create a sterile area to work in safety .

Yes but in the UK you don’t have suspects shooting out the windows while driving unlike LA and Florida.

I have always been a fan of Gerry Andersons shows, and for the past few weeks got to thinking about building a skydiver model to sail at the lake, popped down to the lake one Sunday and low and behold there's Ken's model siting there ready to sail, think it was a cold morning, anyway the color in my face went from a pinkish hue to dark green with envy, i had the theme tune on my phone which i started playing as he slipped her into the water, had a good laugh that day, still haven't got around to building one, one day?

The video doesn't show a TPAC manoeuvre... it shows a 'rolling roadblock' !

It actually did lead to a T-Pac a little further up the road but as it was only a training excercise we didnt get to see the actual T_Pac stop.

Even if it was a real tpac, having a car slowing down traffic can be a life saver in case of a crash

The purpose of the police car weaving, and then staying in the middle lane - is to stop the public entering a 'sterile' area - thus avoiding (a) interference with the 'job' and keeping them safe !
