Nice video. Please be sure to use the correct radiator fluid. Some (up to 2012?) use HOAT, and later models use OAT. They don't mix, and can lead to premature engine wear in the cooling system.

Two things. Close the drain before any disassembly. I had to retrieve O-rings with tweezers. I use SUPERLUBE on all threads including the set screw. Also on O-rings. Never will corrode. Great fix! Thanks. Dumbo who flipped this house had them all in backwards and max cold. It didn’t used to be so easy. Go DELTA!

I stopped watching when you didnt even know how to disconnect the gas line,. Had the pipe wrenches held backwards as you tried to disconnect the pipes. Then you kept trying to spin the piece off and the connector kept hitting the tank., and seem baffled . Then I went to the comments and see that people said you removed the heat shields out of the water hose connectors. Sorry, But dont put videos out when youre not sure. Especially when natural gas is involved!

1. You must wear gloves when touching coolant 2. Bleeding and that extra gadget BIG funnel is not necessary if you do the following: pour slowly; squeeze the hoses; push acceleration repeatedly for 2min while running the engine and top off coolant; turn the car but not the engine on max heat but on low, run the car in inspection mode. You spilled all that coolant. You must wash that off as coolant can destroy things.

I had a cracked base so I just taped the crack with Gorilla tape and filled it with sand. Easy peasy and you never have to worry about it freezing during the winter months.
