you look like your playing fortnite on performance mode already. if you have a second monitor, put task manager on it and while u play fortnite, see if you gpu is pinned at 100% or if its your cpu then in your recording settings, assuming u use OBS, you can choose nvec (which uses your gpu to record the screen) or x.264/x.265 for cpu. the idea here is that whatever is not being pinned at 100% will have enough power left over to record the screen. or you can use geforce experience/nvidia app to do it which is pretty good or a capture card

The computer lag could be a rendering issue. Things don't help when recording. High resolution settings also can contribute to the lag.
