As an American express customer since 2023 I first got platinum then Amazon bus then blue bus cards. I'm an electronic engineer make $117,000 not including llc bus income projected $150,000. I now have 780 fico vantage score w/ experian 751 tu 770 equifax $10,000 in AmericanExpress bus checking account and $5,000 in AmericanExpress savings accounts They gave me $3,000 for Amazon limit at the time I applied my ficos were 739 experian 777 tu 795 equifax... I've twice been denied the 3x limit increase Amex had the racist audacity to say the first time due to insufficient funds meaning they don't even consider or appreciate my having $15k deposited in savings with them. I zero latest or negative .arks on my credit. Racism is what AmericanExpress is all about they're a reflection of how black people given less whike having better credit than whites. KZbin has several videos with blacks who got $3k while whites got $25,000~! Notice another black guy on here who got $3k too. In a few weeks Ill stop using Amex keep the cards but use Capital one venture x, chase reserve wells fargo top card bank of America top card and barkleys and citi bank...which ever bank gives highest limit I take all the thousands of dollars out of American Express and put into that bank as retaliation for twice being denied due to AmericanExpress racism towards black people. Black people beware AmericanExpress is racist and will never treat you right~!!!

You may need a business license, but you should check with your local city to identify licensing requirements California registered agents are required by law to: Maintain a California registered office (a physical address, not a PO box) Keep regular business hours all year long Maintain a California mailing address Accept service of process and legal correspondence on behalf of clients Contact clients when documents are accepted Forward documents to clients in a timely manner

With regards to identifying businesses that do not have registered agent services, the registered agent's name and address should be different than the incorporator's name and address. If the incorporator's name and address are the same as the registered agent, they do not have an external registered agent because they are listing themselves as the registered agent.

I just got approved on 7/21/23 for the Blue Business Cash today with a starting limit of $2000 at a sole prop. I have 5 credit cards with Amex, so I'm maxed out. I have the Blue Business Plus still and the Citi Double Cash. I have 3 cards of 2x or 2%. I like that the Blue Business Plus and Cash along with the Amazon Business Prime card don't report to my personal credit unless I default. Mine was a pending review as well and they wanted to send my bank information and I didn't get no information and when I spoke to a rep and checked my application status online, they said I was approved. I wasn't eligible for the welcome bonus, but that's ok, but at least its no annual fee. I have to remember that the cash back on the Business Cash autodeems my points at the end of the month for statement credit only. That's the only thing that sucks, but the rest I can live with.

Freelancers have to be very careful on UpWork because they do not verify everyone's identity that posts jobs. Not verifying everyone's identity makes it easy for scammers to get away with crime.

@@barmeshajohnson2268, Sam's Club did not ask for a personal guarantee. I also made sure I froze my personal credit report to ensure they did not pull my personal credit.

@@barmeshajohnson2268 no they did not. I believe they mention it on the in store application but you can skip it. When I was on the phone with multiple reps to confirm info, they did ask my social to “prove my identity” but never checked my personal credit and I did not get a hard pull from any bureau. The credit card does come up now when i log into my Sam’s club membership online/on the app. This confirms it. Should be at the house any day now. Stoked!

B B, during the soft pull for the prequalification, you will not be provided with a credit limit - you will only be provided with information with regards to being approved or not being approved. Your credit limit will not be provided until you move forward with the pre-approval if you have been approved and complete the application.
