What really helped me realize this is when I got a nice girl. Like she was so physically attractive but she had every characteristic of a nice guy but as a girl and I realized that shit is just not attractive. I get it now.

Very good video. Im deffo struggling with the first point atm as im very extroverted. Tbf i travel the world solo, solo camping trips in the past etc but atm im at the stage where i want to just do stuff with people. Everyday i want to be doing something with someone. Even if its just going the shop. Its a super frustrating feeling as most my friends work awkward shifts and a few girls i seeing also like this aswell. I am just seeking company constantly.
