An absolute unit... As a recreational adult learning gymnastics, there's something in the glide swing that I cannot replicate... Like you bring back your legs so fast into the basket position that you go over the bars... anyway, great video...

Followed this tutorial and I'm clearing the bar well, getting a nice straight body, but not getting nearly enough rotation. Any tips for getting more rotation after the release?

I love how you say that this is an easy skill for young gymnasts yet I am an adult and I struggle like crazy to achieve it 😭 I will apply the advices you give us in the video, they are great !

For side swing I found it very useful to do like you show it but also add clapping the chest or a forehead (harder) with your free hand, releasing the bar. However I started learning circles at 44 and now can only do 9 max. with poor form and continue my adventure.
