Hello Nyangwe, In answer to your question on why Bermuda's Rooftops are white. My husband and I really Love Bermuda. We do not live on the island but have traveled there several times, and we asked the same question once of the local Bus driver. The homes are painted white to reflect the ultra violet light from the sun, which helps purify the water. The rain falls on the roof, travels through the slates, down to a catchment at the lowest edge of the roof. Then goes through a gutter, into a downspout that empties it into an underground storage tank where it is stored and used as the water supply for that home. Every home and building uses this same system. I hope this was helpful. We Love exploring Bermuda, as they say in Bermuda - It is Bermudaful! Enjoy your new home.

Enjoyed this in depth interview with Majja's sister, her cancer journey. I myself was diagnosed with prostrate cancer last November. It was caught early and my surgery went very well and today I am cancer free. Listen to her story she should consider suing her doctors and the hospital . Prayers for her for a complete recovery .

Bermuda has a large percentage of white British people who owns most of the island. I think its called little England. Lots of seniors from England retire there. Very quite and safe island with beautiful beaches. Yes very expensive most of the Carribean is expensive to live there. Food galore you may never eat ugali again. LOL🥳
