@@elvatoandy If it’s a shock collar, and I think it is, it’s not cruel at all. It’s a light shock that would likely startle you but wouldn’t hurt you. I’ve held several at their highest setting as a child and was only startled by it. They don’t hurt, this person sees a method to control an animal as cruel because they’ve likely never experienced it.

Correct. It's both an E collar and a GPS. Since dogo Argentinos are a large hunting breed, we have farmers around with livestock. The collars are there to protect the dog and farm animals.
