Calm the sheep. Interest rates are going to 5% - and staying there for as long as they were at rock bottom.

This place is a sh&%hole. Many criminals and deviants settled here. Corrupt people sold off all the waterfront to private owners who didn't maintain their properties. There are no great areas, parks or waterfront areas. Ask the locals about no daddy lane. You can always leave keswick and go to the ROC, a junglegym for adults built on a dump. The fish wash up and die every year its practically a festival in this town.

Admittedly, it's nice to see a commercial for Aurora, but you neglect to address the divide that exists within the town regarding: racial inequality, strong anti-mask/vax/LGBTQ advocates due to the Adamson BBQ location, vast disparities between the upper and lower classes, and over-policing of minorities as well as sex workers. Aurora is also not cheap lol most of our pioneer families have already been priced out. It's easy to draw comparisons between here and one of the most over-priced cities in the world lol. Just be honest.

Wow theres so many things to do here, like to the walmart, or shop from 10 different stores in the whole town.

So many amazing things to do here! We have cocaine, alcohol, kush, meth, heroin, speed, amphetamines, mushrooms, acid, crack, ketamine, DMT, 2CB, PCP, salvia, steroids, krokodil, and Ice Fishing!

Fantastic place! I have lived in both 150 & 160 buildings. Schools, park, grocery, dollar store, restaurants, library, and both Anglican & Catholic churches are literally right across the street. Excellent bus routes too- both McCowan and Steeles buses run on 24 hours. For university and college bound students, there’s the Finch bus at McCowan that stops at Seneca and York while the McCowan bus takes you straight to STC station where you’ll find the connecting buses to Centennial and U of T. With Presto’s unlimited monthly travel for students at $116, this place is great =) Too bad there were too many “contractors” there for my liking, it was suffocating to say the least. If you don’t know where to begin, just go and talk to the 160 superintendent for all kinds of availability. Their marketing skills was something I’ve never seen- only 2 days for the whole neighbourhood including the residents of several high rise condos along the circle plus the neighbouring plaza as a bonus.

So now that prices and sales are down compared to last year, you guys are going back to compare the current market conditions to 2016? Sorry that seems kind of odd, like your cherry picking for good stats. What happens when sales and prices are lower then 2016 eventually? You going to compare to 2015 statistics?
