I would say Cosmo. Better location, food choices, overall vibe. Cosmo for sure if you like Marriott Bonvoy; Conrad if you like Hilton Honors.

We recently stayed in same exact room in the west tower. Totally underwhelming for what they charge. I heard the east tower has much better rooms.
