elimde bu kart ve 5,5 mW bir laser mevcut lazerden 2 fandan 2 kablo çıkıyor bunlara ilave olarak mks dlc 32 kart kullanarak bir cnc laser engrave yapmak istiyorum ancak kablo bağlantılarını bilmiyorum şema olarak bunu açıklayabilir misin Ve ayrıca 10k direnç kullanmalı mıyım bunların haricinde Teşekkürler...

the input cable to control you should connect it to TTL input pins thats the only way to use that driver

I have a question, I have the 25kpps galvanometer, and Im not to sure how to control the x and y axis of the mirrors. What do you use to move them? I ant to use a raspberry pi to control the positioning, but what else am i missing?

@@carlosj144 yes probably the new replacement rgb laser module is 6W now. i Dump the basic 4W setup because of some alignment issues and loose movements on the mirror mounts.

Hi if your unit mirrors are attached to adjustable mount you can adjust its alignment, in my case i cant do those method as the manufacturer already fixed the mount and unfortunately the mount they use on this unit is plastic or pvc. Hopefully the idea helps you on this issue.

I do appreciate this video. Hot beam protection is a very good safety feature, especially at 10W and above. I operate a 1W RGB and a 10W RGB. The 10W has a hot beam prevention feature that will not allow any program or myself to focus a raw beam. When the scanning approaches < 0.5 mrad + or - from zero, it will block the laser output. Continued success and safety my fellow Laserist!

when using two lasers, is it possible to invert the x axis of one of them in the settings or using a dmx controller, to have them move symetrically instead of going the same way ?

For this type of laser unit that i have presented on this video its not possible, because there's no inverts settings through out the unit unless you have a proper knowledge in electronics that you can modify the driver of the stepper motors. While for those professional laser units, most of it there is a physical invert switch for the specific axis if you are just using DMX.

My fb3 is using normally. I switched to another computer with Windows 10 64 bit. When I plug in the fb3, the computer says Usb device not recognized. What should I do to fix this problem?

did you install first the QS to another computer and register the fb3 license? If still not recognised, you may need to check and update your USB drivers, or probably the USB port is damage, there's a lot of factor that causes that, but the technicalities i have mentioned can be helpful for the issue you have experienced. One thing try to use another cable connector from fb3 to your pc.

Hello, i suggest you have to use time code to sync music using Beyond software, if you have Pangolin TC4000 much better for that.

ch10 node control 0-127 = pattern with dots and lines while 128-255 = pattern with dots ,NO lines I have same laser and dmx controller anc can not get into dots
