What do we do when we’re surrounded by venomous snakes? 🐍 Seeing the inner workings of the reason why the work place has a high turnover over rate due to a toxic culture that’s been perpetuated by management. Not only do I feel but see this play out, yet nobody appreciates the remedy or solution to change the culture for the positive change for the company as a whole. I’ve been pushed out of every single job I’ve acquired. It’s exhausting to go through the same situation every place I’ve been employed. It’s taken a huge hit on me financially and I’m labeled as a trouble maker, when I’m trying to help. It’s annoying and I truly don’t know what I want to do at this point.

the seemingly effortless way of handling issues that are inherent in the ownership of any business, creates confusion in the minds of colleagues and employees. initially, admiration and respect is evident, with gushing overreactions and praise. however, it cannot persist from their perspective and envy eventually subsumes them. this may be the result of having wasted time with regret instead of changing their life path [as i did at 30yo.] i termed this rather rapid change of heart, ‘the adore-abhor paradox.’ [self explanatory] i have been targeted by over 20 such dysfunctional personalities in my 35+ years of crawling to the top of my [second] field of expertise. it mattered not whether they were family, friends or employees. Fewer than 5 people have remained in my good graces over my lifetime. theft, lies, betrayal, over and over … i call it my ‘blind spot.’ unable to discern the parasitic evil from the elusive ‘real deal’ has been an effort in futility. it is beyond disappointing to have met so few honorable souls and i wonder … where are they … if they are anywhere at 65, im running out of time and that’s the worst part. they’ve wasted years with their emotional falsehoods and unstable pathological selfishness however, i will not give up … it’s not an option for folks like us …

Well there's a main reason why I haven't slept with anybody in over 18 years anybody else because I want to be faithful in that way to someone hoping that they're that way with me and it would be a lasting forever with the person no don't play no games with me as far as like I don't want to put up with any cyber or whatever head games psychologically I just really cannot deal with that or someone just expecting just for me to supposedly know what it is that they think I know I'm supposed to know to not get the wrong idea or the wrong impression.
