Or try to implement the ideas that I’m saying I give out in the bootcamp. Such as the Trello board. But if you’re really serious about making money I wouldn’t joke about it. I would guess you treat your own business the same way you commented. I would go at it full force on my own or enroll in the bootcamp without ever leaving a comment like this.

Yelp. I been there. Here is my advice keep learning, balance your finances, and never say any amount of money is tough. Every time you speak that way about money you planting that belief into your subconscious mind making it true. I wouldn’t ever tell anyone it’s nobodies business but yours anyway.

I believe it’s possible but by not being on video it’s decreasing know, like, trust so that will show in the driver sign ups and the amount of time your business takes to convert a lead. It would cause you to have to have an extremely high UVP that causes drivers to want to get on the phone even with faceless video marketing. It can be done but it’s always going to be about the UVP and the amount of traffic you’re getting to the UVP. You could still also go to trucks stops etc.

This would be my question. How many drivers have you had phone calls with? Also what does your marketing materials look like. Have you built a Facebook business page. Start building out marketing before you concentrate on onboarding. Even in my dispatcher bootcamp I train in a step by step manner. Starting any business you want to make sure you create market demand and then once you see you have interest in what you’re offering start setting up the day to day activities. All good questions. Short answer. I have watched almost all of your videos. Intact, your videos are so informative. I watch 2 to 3 times. I just like to over prepare as much as possible. I will be signing up for your course. I have watched one too many dan pena videos. I will not be just a dispatcher. I want more.

There’s no amount of preparation like action! The key is to jump in when you don’t feel prepared, it’s the story of my life! Glad you’re planning on taking the course. I wouldn’t be where I’m at only depending on KZbin info. Hey thanks for commenting. So I believe that could be solved many different ways. I teach to hire a dispatcher as soon as your company has money coming in to pay for one. This way you can use less of your time in operations(dispatching) and more in marketing and sales doing it this way will lead to you having a passive income business. In the bootcamp I teach to hire low cost virtual assistants who are already trained as dispatchers. Most of the times one truck can pay the cost of the VA but they can dispatch about 5 trucks each. So knowing your position with your job I would plan out all the right marketing ideas that get enough trucks into your business to be able to hire a dispatcher.
