I don’t usually give up on Audiobooks but I had to skip this entire series because I couldn’t distinguish between the male/ female characters since the narrator does not change his voice for each character. It was confusing and not enjoyable.

Jumped in at book 5, but loving the story line. Two people "socially inadequet", loving remembering my first dates.

The narrators make the book for me. There are some great narrators and some not so great out there. The best I heard so far is the one who narrates sick heart and also the once a myth series.

Yes, Lesa Llamb and Troy Duran. (Don’t know how to spell her name,but I like her too. She doesn’t have. High pitchy voice like lots of female narrators take on.

Nico is so self absorbed and guilt ridden that it’s almost laughable and on top of that he’s so tormented and guilt ridden that he’s stupid. The most unlikely of hero’s to be head of a mafioso. More like a 14 year old.

the story line is nice. but a man doing the reading for a female is crazy. and the repeating of it drives me crazy. What is the writer thinking. 😒🤮

Sorry if you dont like it but if you dont like a book your listening to just move on. There's enough negativity in the world. No one comes here for it. I hope you can find other books you enjoy.

The narrator is horrible. He has a nice deep voice but the style of reading doesn’t match the image of a hard mafia killer.

This book is no different than the first two. Repeat & repeat some more. The writer should find a female narrator for the female characters. The male narrator trying to do a female, southern Belle is ridiculous. 👎🏼. Done with this “series”

The repeating of the story made me think the story had done a rewind. To the writer, repeats are not necessary!!

Omg I had figured out that the voice did not change I was confused and thinking he was gay but the remembered that there was a female lead. Yeah I think the story was good. The narration was a problem and that should have been better
