According to your pc , To stop lag do this 1. Take the settings to lowest. 2.Turn the resolutions to 800x600 3.Go to properties and turn on disable fullscreen optimsations. 4.Turn your graphics card to maximum performance This will increase fps in your game significiently And I hope that this will help you

try lowering the video/graphics settings to the minimum settings..I have a laptop (vista) and I had bought blur and put it in the cd drive and nothing came up! no installation or w/e.. do u have a laptop?
