Either left the gateway field as blank in network setting of ip phone or create a separate network VLAN for the ip phone and do not give internet access in Router for that vlan.

The video like most people show is both devices are on the local lan. In the real world this is not the case pabx is in different regions and often more than 2 or 3 pabx.. you have to do a lot of work on the router and nat.. So these videos have very little real world value

@@Voipknowledge ok i have UCM6302A and four post GRP2602P after configuring the settings especially the analog trunks my system doesn't work very well because the incoming calls numbers do not appear on the phone screen .and phone screen show just four ziros when incoming calls

Hi, Have you checked analog lines directly on an analog phone, whether you are getting CLI. As well you can try caller id scheme as Auto detect in ucm under analog trunk.

Hi, Thanks for watching the video. There is no way to store images for screensavers, however wallpaper images can be uploaded and they will be stored in phone memory. You can push images from GDMS provision to phone for screensavers and they will be like permanent.

There are 2 ways. 1. Use fxo device like HT813, connect analog line on fxo port and then peer trunk between HT813 and ip phone. 2. Use ucm pbx and it can be used for future expansion.

Hi, Since I am using one pstn and if switch to fxo2 then also call working. I am assuming, you want to call using specific ports. Then you need to create seperate sip trunk in ucm port wise for HT8X1.
