Yeah it really is. The Northwest is really expanding and Vegas has really got a handle on making places nice for the future these days too. Northwest is always a good place to start, especially at these price points.

It is true that some of the houses in the community are a little older but overall what you get as far as bang for buck is really good. Especially when compared to something from California.

I think that really does depend where you go. I would say that there are definitely some great medical facilities here in Vegas but I can imagine that they all cant be great. But definitely not the only city to have some not great services speckled throughout.

Not sure what to tell you. It definitely helps sell houses. It's more about showcasing potential than actually the house the buyer wants to live in.

It definitely is. It may go up over time which is something to expect but at that starting point why not am I right.

@BestPlaceToLiveInLasVegas The HOA to Summerlin , which Ascension residents will have a bill for is on its own $60 plus dollars a month. Plus Ascension HOA, $37 is grossly false.

Every city/town has a dark side if you go looking for it. I like Living In Las Vegas because the good out weighs the bad :)

Thanks for the Question. We do not have Council Rates. Las Vegas property taxes for Owner Occupants tends to run around 1.15% of the purchase price of the property.
