Because it's not actually green and warm, iceland is beautiful and green, Greenland is ice and snow, some parts become nice in spring and summer tho. Originally they named Greenland that name because they wanted to trick ppl into thinking it was beautiful and lush and Iceland was named that because of its natural beauty and lushness they wanted ppl to think it was icy and snowy and cold so they'd stay away and not come, lol. They could use Greenland for winter games tho.
