i dont know how to add these plugins. if i download and paste in the ae folder it doesnt work

Most of them are installed through ZXP Installer (you can get it on aescripts). Some should have a ReadMe file included, so you can just follow the instructions. Also, don’t forget to restart After Effects after installing the plugin - otherwise, it won’t work. Which ones are causing you troubles?

#2 Void is not always reliable for example when you use the function to swap Nulls with their shape guide layers. But overall nice script. Also keep in mind that there is a difference between Extensions and plug-ins/scripts in After effects, even though they basically work the same way in the end. I'd add AutoCrop as a must have script as well. Great video, keep going :)

where is the voice over coming from? are you uploading all the voiceovers?

You set up an automation in Make. Basically, ChatGPT generates the copy, which is then sent to ElevenLabs to generate the voiceover. After that, both the copy from ChatGPT and the voiceover are sent to Plainly, along with a Google Sheet containing other inputs (images, product names, prices, etc.), where the videos are rendered. If you want to write the copy manually, you can simply remove ChatGPT from the workflow and write copy directly in the Google Sheet. Hope that answers your question!

adobe after effect is really enoying, I've wished that Blender had made an AfterEffects!!😂 But there is no a very good cometiter for this ugly app to replace!

@@PlainlyVideos Learning adobe apps are really easy and in all more than last 15 years that I worked with Adobe apps, I had always many problems with bugs and lack of simple features! just imagin in 2025 after effect does not have UI scaling options!!!!!!!!!! I compare it with Blender and I'm thinking a free software like Blender how much can be betterT powrfull and more practical than paid ones!!!!

Well, I don’t think it’s a question of ‘which is better,’ but rather ‘which is better for what?’ If you’re compositing motion graphics onto a video, then yeah, going with DaVinci makes sense - but if you’re working on complex motion design, AE and now Cavalry are probably more convenient.

Personally. I love the versatility of after effects. But as someone doing this for a living, I treat everything as tools and go between Avid, Premier, and After Effects depending on which agency I’m working for and their pipeline. When my business was having a rough time a couple years ago, I reached out to them and explained the situation, and they discounted my monthly subscription a LOT, to help get me through the year. Again. They are just tools but Adobe has always been very supportive of me and my colleagues. Great channel btw - you got a new Sub 🙌

Thanks for this! I'm working on a vertical composition, trying to make the image fill the space. When fed landscape-orientation images in a vertical comp, it doesn't seem to work. @2:54 You are showing the script here to make it work, but it seems like both scripts are exactly the same. If I switch out the imgWidth & imgHeight with one another in the vertical comp script, will that work?

Hi Willem, we don't change the volume of the music dynamically if you're referring to that. The volume of the music (and also any audio layers) is set in After Effects.
