Hi, Yes you can upgrade to ios 18 as apple has released ios 18 public beta for users so it is our of developer mode to be more stable than previous versions. Do try but don't forget to create a backup so that if there are any issues you can restore your old data.

Hi no it is not that bad but depends on the deivce also ios 18 public beta is out now so it is much more stable, you can try it but don't forget to create a backup so that if there are any issues you can restore your old data.
