This isnt exactly true. Flinching is also a problem in the gun world. However this can be corrected and quite easily. It's not rare it just takes some time and acknowledgement of your issues.

Command shooting is easy. I shot archery in High School, this dude doesn’t know what he’s talking about, when shooting a rifle you want it to surprise you, in archery you want to have decisive and smooth release. Letting it surprise you the string will roll off your fingers, which is bad the arrow won’t fly straight.

Any man with minimal training thats my height and weight class could kick her ass. (6 ft 2 230lbs lift 3x a week do cardio MMA 2x a week) Itbsimply comes down to how far I WOULDN'T take it. She is not a tall woman from what I am seeing she might be 5ft 5 and 120lbs soaking wet. I can tell you fighters that small don't make it if they pick fights too far outside her weight class. Skill stops mattering when it is man vs women. Even men vs men have deminishing returns after a certain point.
