FANTASTIC‼️ Winning a Golden Globe showed what a great actor Scott was/is... especially to have blown past all those other heavyweights❣️The scripts were written so as not to dumb down the story‼️

It sounds like such a fun role to play. Playing a different character every episode under a different setting. Getting to do different things whether it was being a bouncer, football player, or a rockstar. Plus if the show went further, they could have focused on different timelines. I kind of wished they expanded on other timelines other than the 50s and 60s mainly. There wasn't many episodes in the 70s 80s and other decades weren't ever mentioned really.

Your welcome the show "The Captains" I got to watch by accident, William Shatner filmed it. You would not have known by the name that it was about Star Trek. Maybe you will be able to catch it.

His surname comes from partial Czech ancestry. So I looked up the Czech translation. and it mean Flower. On the show that William Shatner taped called "The Captains" which gives no clue that it is about the Star Trek captains. William Shatner Told him his name means Flower. I looked up Scott Bakula and his bio says his surname comes from partial Czech ancestry

In which language? It was old traditional Slovak I was referring to. I could not even find it on Google Translate anymore because it is rarely being used nowadays. And normally it is spelled as "Bakuľka".

"BAKULA" is a traditional Slovak word and means "walking stick"... no doubt about the name's origin... just if anybody ever wondered :)
