The WORD (Jesus, the Bible) says Jesus Christ is the Living Word, which confirms your point that we go to God through Christ, which according to the Bible is the Word.

As you guys were talking about drifting away, strongholds and being distracted by worldly things, this Scripture from the Bible came to my remembrance; "For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;). Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;" (2 Corinthians 10:4-5).

Samer was my personal trainer in the summer of 2015. He was such a game changer for me and I am forever grateful to him. He laid a solid foundation for me not only for how to workout, but how to eat well, sleep, and most importantly how to have the right mentality toward personal fitness. I'm glad he's still around doing what he's good at and getting better doing so every day.

I was watching Game 7 on Amazon Prime and Rajai was in it. The way he was so soft spoken really stuck with me - he said something along the lines of what you see and hear sticks in the mind. I searched Rajai David Mind Body and Spirt and found this video. You did an incredible job, this inspired me greatly when I really needed it. Thank you!
