(2) Qual e a distancing a entre a casa e o hospital principal de Coimbra caso haja problemas de saúde? Importante para velinhos como eu. Obrigada.🙏🏻

@@carolinamoonbeam, sim tem estacionamento pertinho. O hospital está a 20 km da casa. Existe uma autoestrada que em 17 minutos chega a Coimbra. Acrescento também que a mesma será gratuita a partir de janeiro do próximo ano.

Wow it is such a pretty house on the outside with the garden and that huge terrace the inside is great but you can make it fabulous by putting stairs from bottom floor to first floor and making big bedrooms also in that bottom terrace where the home wraps around it I would put a pool there or in the garden this house has Soo much potential 🥰👋

The land has 2880 m2. Can be fenced around to keep the dogs safe. I know a company that can do the job with perfection.

This is a very nice property, with just a good clean and fresh paint it will be very comfortable to live in while gradually remodeling the other rooms and outbuildings. It is very tempting, it will make a lovely home. Thank you for the tour.

The House 🏡 is beautiful, the only problem if I can call it problem is the noise of the road in front. The price is also a very good one, if this house is still on sale when I move out to Portugal I will put an offer for this house. I can see myself moving into this house and painting the walls and doing the cleaning of the roof and the calsada.

T is the amount of individual Bedrooms T0 means you sleep wherever you can fit a Bed as there is no separate bedroom , we call it a Studio Flat ,T1 means 1 separate Bedroom ,T3 means 3 separate Bedrooms ...........

i find it a clever concept so you know if the house suits your needs or if it could be made fitting your needs this one you could easy make a T4 out of it as the fiirst part of the Attic can be made into a bedroom and i guess even a ensuite bathroom maybe even with private roof terrace

I have seen this for sale with another agent, he said 6 houses, could probably get 7, if you can convert a large storage are. No more development allowed. Still a very nice project for someone who wants to own there village.
