It's usually not racism, it's just a sense of unfamiliarity with a different race. Which is completely normal.

Modern beauty standards for men and women are promoted by capitalism, but fundamental beauty standards, which are historically consistent, come from youth, health and vitality.
@mirafawn10192 ай бұрын
Okay, but your comment doesn't answer the question at hand here. The pushed beauty standard put on women long before capitalism has been of the pale-skinned caucasian women. I think it's fair to assume that with both historical power and modern corporation positions largely being controlled and held by white men, the culprit is pretty clear.

I am at least 50% more productive working from home 95% of the time! Some very specific things are done best in person. Those things are not about productivity but about strategic impact. Human connections can happen online, I have done it tens of times. Team cohesion can be built online. Easily! I ma living these things for a few years now!

Terpulang kepada majikan. Dia punya company. Every company has their own reason. Diorg nk bg wfh ke diorg tk bg ke. Kan. Employee boleh apply, majikan pun ada hak. Lain company lain cara bai. As long diorg tk langgar undang2 buruh.

It shows how little you know about the diversity of labor market. My company offers a 1 day wfh program. You still have to come to the office for the other 4 days. To me, that's understandable considering we have to use softwares as we're an engineering company. It all goes back to what you do. If you're a company that writes scripts for politicians, a podcaster, or a columnist, maybe yes. But for the rest of us, it may be difficult.
