looks like we got away with one there...... on the day, the ref and the commentator only get the one look, did say it was right on the edge, so far in fact, it was in... thems the breaks

Great to see all the players fit and able to play. Took some time to get the breaks that led to the goals. Really pleased to see Shaq linking with Aaron Blair which helped him get his hat trick. Long may it continue. Best thing was that the Stones continued trying right to the end. No supporter can complain about that.

We know how Jay set his Maidstone teams up as very tough to beat, he's done the same wirh Tonbridge and they are well outperforming their budget... always tough in a Derby but what a great win from the boys. George and the team are on a roll. Bring on Welling on NYD!

Substitutions came at the right time as the game could have gone either way before the changes. Good that Matt Bentley was rewarded for his efforts as he won aerial headers and chased back to regain possession. Looking forward to New Years day.

Perfect game - had everything: 4 cracking goals, clean sheet, two goalies on the pitch, ball into the commentary stand, top of the form league, only 4 points from the championship! Happy Christmas to everyone involved with the Mighty Stones!

Liverpool and Stones only two teams in the leagues not to have lost an away game yet. George has a good squad of players now, that are working really hard to win each match. Come on you Stones.

Another good result for the Stones. Players starting to Gel well now. If they can keep the run of results going, and key players stay injury free, then there is no reason why they cannot finish the season in a high position. Bit worrying for the opposition, when Aaron Blair scores from outside of the area, because I've never seen him hit a ball anywhere near like Peter Lorimer could. But we'll take it.
