I didn’t face such an issue. It might be that the specific item you purchased was defective! Anyway it can be swapped like you said.. so easy resolution. Quality wise though I will not give good marks for this product. At 4.5k its not that great to be honest. Better to put more money and buy something like the bluarmor c30.. its the most VFM intercom device out there.

No… we did take the epass but they did not check. Anyway if they ask its a matter of few seconds and you can get one on the spot also. They did check for plastic bottles/liquor.. so be careful with that.

Few weeks back one of the riders who went with us on this trip had to show the e pass.. hence our entire group procured the e pass before the trip. Anyway it takes just a few moments and is free. So we all thought its safe to get it before the ride. And also one of the friend’s car was thoroughly checked - and seized a liquor bottle they were carrying. After much negotiation they managed to get it back as they were carrying the bill as well and he was a lawyer so he could argue in terms of law.

Yes the route is good overall. Some bad patches here and there...but mostly it's a good route. However, if you have time, the route via Karwar is better and more scenic. You will enjoy riding in that road more.

Intercom can be connected to your phone only.. you can accept calls or change/select music from the carplay device while the audio will play in your helmet intercom.. so you are sorted!

It’s 13k for the device as mentioned in the video as well. Installation cost would be additional.

Thanks bro. For trumph’s big bikes service the reputation is not that great to be honest. The service quality depends on the service guys who are employed at these service centres. In Bangalore, khivraj triumph is new and their service is not bad is what i have heard. Keerthi triumph is not that good. However these are reviews I have heard from friends and groups.. i have not had a bad experience yet. Also, in Bangalore there are some really good private service centres which are good and run by passionate folks.. many folks in my triumph group get their service done from outside… and it’s really good. Service cost can vary depending on if you have to change any parts or engine oil etc. General service costs would be around 9-10k approx.
