If you feel restricted then it's either the wrong size or needs a little alteration. To prevent popping out, body/clothing tape will work.

I once bought adidas jacket for my boyfriend (in this shop seen in 4:55) for 3 ZŁOTY!!!! :O And he wears it often haha... good place or Oysters in warsaw is CZARNOMORKA :) way cheaper and with less corporate atmosphere :3
