I’ve watched tons of videos in preparation for our first time stay at old Key West this December and I by far love yours the most. Thank you for all the useful information. I am now more excited than ever to give this resort a chance.

Stayed there in June. Booked a DVC studio and was pixie dusted. As I walked in I saw the mirror and table and was shocked I was given a 1 bedroom. Needless to say as a mom with two boys, I was spoiled with that beautiful king bedroom. Never got to use the bath tub, but to date.. it’s been my favorite room. It was pristine. Stayed at Poly in July and the property and theme was amazing but the room was honestly, gross. Not cleaned well. Next month, off to Old Key West 2BR!

How long is the boat ride to Disney Springs? Does it stop at other resorts first? Staying at OKW in November for the first time with two babies!

I stayed there last year that's my favorite Resort out of all the resorts in the Disney resorts and may I went to Disney stayed at all star movie Resort I want to go back to universal and I'm going to stay at Cabana Bay when I stay at Cabana Bay I stay in the Americana thank you for the video I want to wait to the new park opens before I go back

We just got home from Saratoga Springs earlier this week. We spent 10 days there. We mainly stayed there out of nostalgia for my 1998 stay when the Disney Institute townhomes were on the property where Saratoga Springs now sits. The property was excellent; we were in a 1-bedroom villa in the Congress Park section. The location made walking to Disney Springs super easy. However, the morning walk to the Artist's Palette for breakfast was less than desirable. Mousekeeping was awesome! They left us a new "towel art" each day. 🙂 While we did have a good time, we probably won't stay at this resort in the future due to its size.

The lobby was so much better before their "refurb"...the second room was Hemingway's Library; it isn't nearly the same after that refurb :( This is our home resort, and that destruction is yet another reason for me to hate Disney now. As usual, modern Disney destroys everything they touch.

This was a great tour of the Art of Animation. I was just there the week of the Juneteenth holiday and stayed with family in the Nemo themed family suite. As I was missing my stay there, I came across this video that really did the resort property justice. Just a couple of things I wanted to add to to this awesome video: in the Ink and Paint gift shop, they have these lidded cups just behind the register that leads into the restaurant area that you can get for $23 each. Yes, I know that sounds like a lot of money, but you can go to the fountain drink area of the restaurant there and get free refills the whole time of your visit; and you only have to wait 30 seconds between refills. Also, we went over to the Contemporary resort and ate at Chef Mickey’s. While we were waiting, I got a game card to use at the Game Room there to use to burn some time until our reservation was ready. Then, when we got back to The Art of Animation, I found that you can use the same game card, that still had credit on it, between resort hotel game rooms. Anyway, just wanted to pass on those extra things so you’d be prepared. Have a great big beautiful tomorrow! 😊

We just got back from Saratoga yesterday and now I’m about to book Vero Beach because of this review! Literally want that exact same room you guys landed I was sold on that corner hallway nook. What was the upgrade room type?

The room was not described to us in a category but ask for rooms in the Inn on the corner above the Grill. Our room was 2317. Have fun. Bring bug spray though. They do provide repellent but we heard Avon SSS is best. ❤

Looking forward to exploring with my toddler boys. I saw there’s a breezeway to a nature walk also and a walkable local eatery called Beach Bites! That booking category is called a “Inn Room - Standard View”. But 2317 is a unique floor plan since it is a corner room. Most of the Inn Rooms are a large rectangle. You can ask and request a certain room, but a room request is not guaranteed.
