I worked 30 years Nightshift so I understand the pressure and toll it takes on the body, we would do 14-16 shifts no breaks in a big night in the end everything fell apart marriage ended teenagers started getting unto big trouble ✨ work became impossible I was so stressed and under pressure to perform at a high level with zero support 3 times I just wanted to die and take my life, it’s a terrible place to be ❤my love for my children is what kept me from doing that , I was really fortunate to be introduced to Inna Neal life couch and I did some Glitter and grief with Ellie this majority changed my life I Love them for how they have helped me I’m so grateful 💚✨it’s taken one month No work to realise and adjust to rest iv finished working and won’t go back all I want to do is help people in this situation, because we don’t realise when we’re under stress or overwhelmed by life challenges I want to help but don’t know how 💚✨🙏😇

Share the same vision as Helen. I too believe will be from the grassroots up. The mental health sector is snowed under and at the moment it feels people are on auto pilot. This makes change even harder unfortunately.
