I'm playing Digimon Story Cybersleuth at the moment (bit by the nostalgia bug), and what I do is mute the in-game music in settings and play this on my other monitor. I can't stand the soundtrack of DSC, if that isn't obvious.

Answering the chapter question: World Theme 1 has an electronic hip-hop funk sound to it I think. I'm not good with placing things into genres haha. Kiiiiiinda reminds me a little of some of the stuff Portishead made.
