They should not be left on Christmas to find their own amusement in vanity and pleasure seeking, in amusements which will be detrimental to their spirituality. Parents can control this matter by turning the minds and the offerings of their children to God and His cause and the salvation of souls. AH 478.2 Can you see the wisdom of God here - the testimony of Jesus? Be careful how you deal with Christmas when they have got it entrenched in their system as a pleasurable occasion. Take care of the young in the change. Notice carefully what the young people in her day and of course the young people of today who are not in advanced knowledge that we stand in today, how these young people as they come out of the wrong into the right, have to be dealt with because you can lose them according to God's knowledge. A Christmas tree up the front is not wrong, it's not a sin. Sister White says it’s not wrong in itself. Don't take it away from people abruptly. This "different" teaching hinders husbands in understanding their wife's desire to rule,... and it hinders wives in understanding that only the Holy Spirit will allow them to control that seed of contention that God placed in them. And "different" does not equal "accurate". Ask any jw.

This statement at 2:57 is so meaningful and good. A lot of the church is so afraid of even touching the idea of God's female attributes but it is a pure and beautiful aspect of who He is and those attributes heal so significantly in the places we need it. I know it's definitely done that for me, so much peace and completeness its brought to my life. I also liked your statement at 9:20 "Do you think there are aspects of the Godhead we as Christians have not fully appreciated because we are so male centered in our presentation of God?" So, good.
