This is an excellent message! I needed to hear this first thing in the morning. If God were to mark my iniquities could I stand? I realize that when I'm being hypocritical I also tend to be hypercritical of others. Judgment is without mercy to him who has shown no mercy, but mercy triumphs over judgment.

I'm so sorry I'm not a rich man and very tough even to support my own family but I'll keep praying for ukraine so God can give u comfort and peace in the midst of anxiety and difficulty right from public to soldiers and He will give u victory in the end and establish his glory in your country. 1. Be sure that you have a source great enough to share with someone else. A. How can we encourage someone else if we need encouragment ourselves? Therefore, make yourself right with God, making Him the source of our encouragement. 2. Try to see the best in people. A. Know their value as a creation of God and that they are loved by Him. B. Treat them the way you would want to be treated if you were in their shoes. 3. Set your eyes off of self, and focus your attention on those who need encouragment. A. This requires humility. B. Remember why Jesus washed his disciples feet?

Wow. That was good insight to burdens. Wonderful job! I would also like to add, sometimes God himself will give you burdens. A tug/pull on your heart to help a family in need, or a coworker, etc. Those are burdens we also need to listen to, acknowledge, and understand. Keep up the great work!
