Hi. I started taking mounjaro just over a week ago. Had my 2nd injection Wednesday morning. I am like you and usually lose slowly, but was really pleased to have lost 4lb. I have not had any side effects, but find it hard to eat after 6pm. Well done on your lose so far.

Definitely wise to stay on a lower dose if its still working. Always best to take the least amount of medicine you can get away with, if you're getting the desired effects. Also, thank you for this vlog, you showing how the pen works is really helpful. I have just received my first dose in the post today and I'm nervous and trying to decide when to start. Maybe this evening, but I think a Wednesday is a good day, so I may wait and copy you there 🙂

Great video. Just started Zepbound 5 days ago. I’m a primary care doctor (what they call a GP in your neck of the woods). Although very early in our understanding of how it works, studies so far have shown a reduction in cancer deaths overall for people on GLP-1 agonists, and not related to the amount of weight lost. Also, unless you’re mixing Polonium-210 in your yogurt, yogurt will definitely not cause cancer. Thanks for persevering despite interesting (and likely well meaning) comments.

Hi Helen, I bought the Dyson Airwrap over 4 years ago and the warranty ran out two years ago. I had a problem recently with the plastic connecting wire twisting to the point the live electrical wire was showing through. So basically it was dangerous to use. I contacted Dyson (as we have many of their products) and as a good will gesture they arranged to have it picked up from my house for a free repair. If you registered it when you bought it get in touch with them x

I’m 13 st 5 at the moment and obese at 5ft 3, I have tried so many things to lose weight and while I do well initially it tails off and I end up gaining more. I could really see the difference in your face in your 4 week results - really hope this works for me! Really inspired by you and all the positive comments. I am considering trying it. I am so scared though. I did fill out the questionnaire but because my BMI is under 30 they don't go further and I don't want to lie about my height as it's on my medical records I would imagine from previous weighing height measurements. I am 5ft 9 and 13st 6 but I look bigger because all my weight is in my stomach and upper body so I do look obese. When relaxed I look about 7 months pregnant no joke. Since I got to my 30's my energy has just depleted and I find it hard to sleep and I am constantly hungry. I did get all my bloods done including my hormones but everything was normal and the doctor just told me to exercise.. but it's hard to stay in a calorie deficit and exercise without the constant food noise and hunger you end up just giving in. I have been looking at the Superdrug online doctor as well and I may have a chance with it but it's just a lot more expensive. I am glad its working out for you though! Thank you for documenting your experience.

Hi there . Was looking for a U.K video based on mounjaro and found yours. Just started on Friday but i keep thinking i did it wrong. I twisted the dose pen, then applied the needle. Not sure whether it worked or not. I was in such a hurry to inject ! Lol. Anyway. After 2 days ,(yesterday) i weighed myself but havent lost anything yet. I decided to go for mounjaro as my blood sugar levels were out of control and pretty sure they would be classed as diabetic. I do not take other medication nor do i want to spend my life taking meds. So hence i made the decision to go for a weightloss injection. I need to lose around 2 stone too. Hope it works for me! All the best on your journey.

I had my first jab 2 days ago but not noticed any appetite suppression as of yet .... how long after the first jab did you start to notice less hunger? thanks and keep up there vids, its great to see other peoples journeys :) ..... I didnt loose anything my first week but i only did 1/2 of the .25 dose bc i was scared. I just did the full dose today and im still scared 😂

Hi, I’ve been on Mounjaro for a couple of months, had terrible legs cramps and restless legs, I took magnesium anyway as I have fibromyalgia but I found out I needed a stronger one, I use one from Amazon that contains 6 types of magnesium, the leg cramps stopped straight away and helps me sleep massively, would definitely recommend, I also by electrolytes on Amazon too, good luck xx
