If you watch the video properly. The individual in the vehicle possibly had planned to commit suicide. Cause if you look at the speed the vehicle was traveling in parking lot it will explain it all. Cause in a shopping mall parking lot where you will get people walking to their vehicles with their shopping groceries and kids etc. Common sense will tell your mind easily to be aware of pedestrians and enter and exit the mall parking lot when in your vehicle with caution ⚠️ . To top it all there are vehicles still parked in the parking lot where will you expect to go at a speed like that , its not a movie. At a speed like that the person in the vehicle had possibly planned to commit suicide. I do not think that he could have had a heart failure in the vehicle. Cause he is entering a shopping mall parking lot. And when entering a shopping mall. You will not speed into a shopping mall parking where other vehicles are parked and people are walking to their vehicles with their groceries etc. The speed that the vehicle went at if you look at the video properly will easily tell you that the person that was driving that vehicle had planned to commit suicide and the vehicle by the looks of things looked new before it could crash the wall.
