Kinda sad that you didn't mention it wasn't loggers that replanted pine at Hartwick Pines. It was the CCC camps that were all over the nation that made both the logging museum at Hartwick Pines. There are also quite a few CCC Museums in Michigan worth visiting. Otherwise interesting list and can't wait to visit some of these.

@@HighPowerOptionsTrades insurance for sure if you’re in the 100 or 500 year floodplain that could be anywhere from 800 to several thousand dollars more per year in insurance cost on top of regular homeowners, and that doesn’t cover the contents of a flood just the property structure covering the contents of a basement flood is even more

Great job glossing over the terrible kitchen. I know you did your best. How awful to have a stove in a corner. You do not mention the dishwasher microwave. Would never buy this home because of the kitchen. Of course, just my opinion. I really just don’t think an architect would design the kitchen like this. Looks like you want to be contractor designed the house.

Wonder if they would build a fence between the neighbor and the other home if asked before there is a neighbor that may be an A hole that will not allow a fence to be built... need to have a fence to note what is mine and what is there's so no issues will arise when it comes to being so close to people... I've been screwed over to many times and dealing with nasty people doing customer service things... I really don't want a neighbor but if I have to have one it will need to be a huge fence between me and them... people are just terrible after 2020... well they were terrible before they've became worst... I also wonder how much it would cost to have a police station placed closer.....LOL
