Fishman Island arc has a great narrative lore and I also feel sad if people hate it just because of the weak villain and action. (well I guess Sanji's portrayal is disapointing post-time skip but I still kinda forgive him in this arc. I mean, damn, there are lots of mermaids... 😳)

Bruh ... I'll just put this for you to understand. Naraku is a coward , he will NEVER show himself to actually do something. He ONLY sends a proxy and to be blunt NO ONE at this point actually knows what he actually looks like. And even if you SHOOT him he really CANNOT die at all ... but that's a story for another time

InuYasha's manga came out 2 years prior to HxH. Also the spider-mark is more akin to the Ouroboros symbol in Fullmetal Alchemist. You'll see what I mean in the future.
