Jason How much does it cost to have the brass refinished on the weights and pendulum bob as well as the tubes ? I have the Sheffield model 230. Brass looks horrible and the tubes as well.

I have a Sligh GF clock very similar to this the movement number on the back of the case is 500-0002. the issue I am having is the whole row of striker arms are hanging upside down and if I move it towards the chime bars it only goes about half way to hitting them. Is there possibly an easy way to fix this? I can send you a few shots showing what I am talking about? Thx

I have the Emporor Grandmother clock that my father built back in 1970. It’s beautiful and works within 1-2 minutes / month. I cleaned and oil the movement, every six months to a year. I use Liberty Oil Products 100% synthetic clock oil. It works better than any oil I’ve used in the past. It has the Moon Dial movement, and chimes perfectly.

I have a New Haven mission grandfather which as a DEEP booming gong. I was expecting a sound more like that. That “kitchen clock” clang is pretty weird coming from a grandfather.

I really love that Jauch movement clock at the beginning. Reminds me of my triple chime Jauch. Decor Clocks' top of the line clocks were actually Gazo lookalikes, my grandma has one.

Yeah there is a chime rod in there and it’s super long! Probably the longest length of a chime rod if I’ve seen one. It’s so confusing it sounds like a gong
