I own a 6K Pro and the form factor and lack of auto focus means awkward shoots and pausing the talent and subject matter as you reframe and focus. Btw I shoot social media ads. By far the IOS is the most exciting thing you've launched in 2 years

To bad Blackmagic is stuck to the pocket body. With a better body design, this cam would be a no brainer

Musch respect to team BM, however it took too long to drop the price (lol) , I always want to utilized this over a decade ago with ReflecMedia but price wasn't budget friendly (lol), Now its total obsolete system for me. Personal MBP + UE 5 .1 workflow + limited hardware is my choice in 2023 (try keepin' things around portable as possible with out any imitations like mini, midi, large XL -- lol).

Sure looked to me like the lens blur didn't work with the depth mask. And even the adding green, the thumbnail wasn't showing it as masked.

Sure works a lot better for you than it does for me and friends. Even a person against an all white background quickly loses arms, then legs, and then leaves holes in the middle of the stomach, etc. Don't know what we are doing wrong - this happens with both object and people magic masks. No setting seems to help. Finally got it - using over 30 tracking points/lines. Sigh.......

Black Magic is a truly a horrible company. They make great products but their customer service is truly terrible. I purchased their "Davinci Resolve 17 STUDIO Software License" + "Speed Editor" USB keyboard promotional package from Adorama. Adorama never sent the software license / key. They have apparently done the same thing to dozens of other drone video editing forum members. After contacting Black Magic, they merely tell us to "contact our reseller". It has been weeks now and neither company has attempted to resolve the problem. Black Magic could have simply issued a replacement serial/key , contacted Adorama, provided us an "NFR" or evaluation key to permit us to use the features that we require and that are only provided by the "Studio" version of Resolve. Even though Resolve "Free" is an excellent video editing software package and is "FREE", the horrible level of support for paid products leads me to think this is one company to stay far away from. Customer Service is KEY ! Adorama has apparently never had a good reputation in the field, but Black Magic DID have a good reputation. No longer, and that is very sad indeed. Grant Petty claims to lead a company that places an emphasis on quality service. I can attest to the fact that GRANT PETTY HAS FAILED ! Very Sad -- as I used to really hold tremendous respect for Grant and the company that made excellent hardware (switching devices for streaming, SDI extension via fiber and SOFTWARE) When I received the Speed Editor USB keyboard, I must say I was extremely impressed with the design and build quality. But this means NOTHING when the company does not stand behind it's products, resellers, etc... I cannot believe how poor the service was when I actually required assistance. Terrifying ! If you are contemplating using BlackMagic Davinci Resolve ("Free" or "Studio" Versions), FORGET ABOUT IT !! Try Adobe Premier or any of the lower priced solutions. Use products from companies that care. rbadrbad
