Must be in makeready cuz trim wasn't set and i didn't see any die cut which should be the first thing you do before inking it all up,BUT there is probably a reason for it all. I'm sure once it gets setup up and ok to run he can then speed it up. I learned how to print on a 1000 almost identical to that press. I enjoyed that multicolor label runs ..Oh hope he put his roll end down before that roll ran out lol.

I used to operate one of these slitters about 20 years ago, it had a deckle width of about 3000mm and a cutting width of about 2900mm, it could have up to 24 knives and a maximum cutting diameter of 1525mm, our most common sizes were 21x127 @ 1220mm diameter. It had a maximum speed of 800 mtr/min and if the board had any splits and was running at full speed it used to fly everywhere. I miss that job, did it for 12 years, we could slit board onto 76mm, 102mm and 203mm cores
