Don't stress over the conditions of your hands....we don't watch for your hands 🙂 In the meantime though, you can try putting vaseline/petroleum jelly on your nails and fingers each time after you wash your hands and you can also lather your hands at night with the vaseline/petroleum jelly and sleep with thin gloves. Or you can just not stress too much over the dryness!

I really enjoyed your video - I felt like I was crafting with a friend. Don't worry about making mistakes - like inky fingers - that's just real. And all of us experience "real' moments while crafting - things we don't intend or problems to solve. So you normalize this like a friend does.

SAD help... #1 Vit D+K2, morning light even if it is gloomy, change the light bulbs in the rooms you spend the most time in to "daylight " bulbs, buy a happy light, get that exercise bike by a window and use daylight bulbs for as much light as possible while exercising, sleep in as much darkness as possible, and fresh air as much as possible .
