Nice finish. What was the concrete mix?
@BIR_DevelopmentsАй бұрын
Hello, thanks for watching, the concrete spec is Pav2. It's quite a strong mix in order to make it frost resistant 🥶

A really interesting project to follow being explained in a helpful way. The "can do" approach and teamwork is great to see. The civil engineering may be a newer skill but the knowledge to maintain and operate the machinery is impressive.

Doing a great job guys all the best tools and know how goes a long way I’ve been in the building trade 40 years and seen so many ways of doing things so every day is a learning curve keep up the great work 👍🏻

Thanks for such a nice comment. It feels like an uphill struggle sometimes. There are more mistakes, I mean great progress coming up. 😁

@@BIR_Developments looking back we used the power screeders and when you put the motor on the beams ,if not the right way around you’ll end up fighting it ,I mean it will want to go the opposite direction that you want it to and that makes hard work, I’m sure you’ll understand what I’m trying to say the machine is there to take out the hard work 👍🏻👍🏻

Great video just down the road from us. I use the survey kit myself rather than relying on a surveyor…the 12v Milwaukee pump is well worth the money for pumping out before you concrete. Look forward to the next video 👍

It's fascinating to watch such complex work with trenches and drainage. The precision with which you accomplish the tasks is especially impressive. I'm truly impressed by the team's work and the quality of the video. I'll definitely subscribe and keep an eye out for your new videos.

Tank floating 101, the weight of water inside the tank must always exceed the weight of concrete displaced outside the tank, the levels are never the same by quite a margin.
@Rooneycgs3 ай бұрын
hi great video whatsthe reason it cant be filled fully in first place
@BIR_Developments3 ай бұрын
Hi, the tank is not meant to be filled entirely without the support of concrete or another form of backfill around it. This design choice helps keep the tank light for transportation and cost-effective. Thanks for watching. 👍

What do you mean you can't use it ? .... A partial relay of the broken area and shove a CIPP liner in full length, job done, simple.and no mess.
@BIR_Developments3 ай бұрын
Thanks for the comment. It is sometimes difficult to explain in a short video, but basically, we already had permission to put a brand-new pipe in. In order to use the existing pipe, not only would I have to dig it up, repair the broken section, and line it, but I’d also have to pay for our drainage design to be changed and possibly reapply for the right to discharge. Thanks for watching 👍🏻
