If you reduce your batter size (the buns size)and calculate your cost well, you should be able to get nothing less than 75-80 pieces. For the 100 naira own.

If you want to make the#100 own, supply to them at the same rate with the buns, that's 12 for#1000, buh if the #200 own would favour you more then, give them 6 for #1000

Everything in the recipe works together to make it hard after frying. If your chin chin remains soft even after cooling down then you should watch out for the butter and baking powder quantity. Beware of the quantity of water as well. I hope this answers your question.

I can say it's compulsory but I do know it's better to add it in a commercial recipe. I added baking powder maybe I skipped adding it to the details in the comment section... I'll look into it and get back to you
